KALTIDEX tablet is a combination of Calcium citrate, Magnesium oxide, Vitamin D3 , Vitamin K2-7 and Zinc oxide. KALTIDEX increases the bone strength & mineral content and also reduces the chance of fall & fracture.
Role of key ingredients:
Calcium & magnesium are important for healthy bone, nerves & muscles. Calcium is necessary for many normal functions of the body especially bone formation and maintenance. It is used to prevent and treat calcium deficiencies.

Methylcobalamin is a form of vitamin B12 which is important for the brain and nerves, and for the production of red blood cells. It is used to treat vitamin B12 deficiency and also used in people with pernicious anemia.

Vitamin K2-7 is necessary for the activation of osteocalcin. It is a protein that transports and integrates calcium into bone to ensure a healthy skeleton. It ensures healthy bones and preserves healthy arteries.

Vitamin D3 helps the body absorb calcium and phosphorus, the nutrients which is important for people with osteoporosis. Zinc is important for immune system enhancement.

Calcium and vitamin D together can build stronger bones in women after menopause. It also helps with other disorders that cause weak bones like rickets.
